Delivery Charges
Dear Customer,
From the 14th of September, 2016, delivery charges shall be applicable on all products ordered through the Jumbotail App. The charges applicable will be at the rate of Rs.50/quintal (Re.0.50/kg) irrespective of the weight of the product purchased.
The details are as follows,
For example,
1. For a sugar bag weighing 50Kgs, the delivery charges applicable will be 50 kg x Re.0.50 = Rs.25/- only
2. For each pack of Set Wet Wet Look Hair Gel, 10ml Sachet weighing 9.2g, the charges applicable will be 0.0092kg x Re.0.50 = Re.0.0046 only.
3. For 1 bag of rice weighing 25 Kgs, the charges applicable will be 25 Kgs x Re.0.50 = Rs.12.5/- only
This applies for all products irrespective of the weight of the product.

In the Jumbotail app, you will see consolidated delivery charges applicable on the cart. You may tap on the cart and under “VIEW DETAILS”, there will be delivery charges shown against each line item.
On the cart.
Example :
You will see the delivery amount appearing in the cart before you place the order as mentioned in the image shown below.
Invoice :
On the invoice, you will see a separate line item, with delivery charges being mentioned separately.

Cancellations:
· In case of cancellations before or at the time of delivery, the entire item price + shipping charges (at the rate of Re.0.50/Kg) shown in the invoice line item will be refunded.
· In case of returns, the pro-rated amount (at the rate of Re.0.50/Kg) shall be refunded basis the quantity returned for a single item.
· In case of replacement of a product with the same weight, no additional charges shall be applicable
· In case of replacement of a product with a different weight, charges shall be applicable (payable or refundable) as appropriate.
